Before sending your first enquiry.
Can I enquire without exact dimensions?
Yes. Indicative dimensions, a photo or plan and the intended effect are enough for an initial assessment. Final dimensions and cable-exit direction are confirmed before manufacture.
When is the best time to contact DGF?
Ideally before ordering frames and closing electrical services. This allows the glass, cable route, power supply and controls to be coordinated without costly changes.
What information speeds up a quotation?
Dimensions, pane quantity, a site photo, framing detail, preferred controls and project programme are most useful. If some information is unavailable, simply note that in the message.
Does the frosted state provide full blackout or sound insulation?
No. The active layer obscures recognisable images while still transmitting light. Acoustics depend on the complete partition, framing, doors and seals, so these requirements are reviewed separately.
